Tourism Australia markets Australia both domestically and internationally to create a sustainable advantage for our tourism industry - for the benefit of all Australians. The new national tourism body also aims to boost growth and develop tourism in regional Australia, and develop a better research base.

This can only be achieved by delivering the highest level of service possible to our two key customer groups, the travelling public of the world and the tourism industry.

This charter sets out the standards of service you can expect from us, and what we need from you so we can serve you better. It also explains how you can give us feedback on our service levels and how we will address your complaints if our service does not meet these standards.
