Following the success of the US campaign, which received a lot of attention from British media, and capitalising on extensive coverage of the Gold Coast Commonwealth Games, Tourism Australia this week launched a Dundee-inspired campaign in the United Kingdom.

The social media promotion showcases the Why Australia video series and promotes a new Dundee hub on the UK edition of tailored for British travellers with holiday offers and two-week itineraries from key distribution partners.

In 2017, the UK was Australia’s fourth largest inbound market for visitor arrivals, third largest market for total visitor spend and second largest for visitor nights. The UK is Australia’s second largest market for regional dispersal.
