The Australian tourism investment opportunity on show in Hong Kong

Tourism Australia will host a VIP Investor luncheon for global investors and Australian industry attending the Hotel Investment Conference Asia Pacific (HICAP) in Hong Kong today. HICAP is the largest gathering of the hotel investment community in the Asia Pacific and an excellent platform for informing the tourism industry about Australia’s credentials as an investment location.
Tourism Australia’s Chairman, Bob East and Wayne Bunz, National Director of CBRE Hotels Asia Pacific, will present on Australia’s inbound tourism performance and developments in the hotel landscape.
To align with the timing of the conference, Tourism Australia has launched a suite of collateral highlighting the Australian tourism investment opportunity. These include updates of the ‘Australian Tourism: Open for Investment’ flagship brochure; hotel supply maps for Sydney and Melbourne; ‘New Hotels, Resorts and Lodges in Australia;’ ‘Tourism Investment in Regional Australia’ regional strategy; and unique value propositions for eight iconic leisure destinations across Australia’s state and territories.
