Tourism Australia aims to influence people to travel to and within Australia, to maximise tourist spend and visitation throughout the country and deliver real economic benefits to regional areas, as well as major cities. Operating in 23 markets via 15 offices across the world, Tourism Australia focuses its efforts on tourism markets offering the best opportunities for Australia’s $81 billion tourism industry.

Working closely with industry partners and the State and Territory Tourism Associations, Tourism Australia conducts a range of consumer and trade marketing activities. The level and type of activities vary according to Tourism Australia’s focus and objectives within each market.
