  3. Farewell events, a list of farewell events, dinners and lunches to celebrate her departure, including details of attendees list and costs. Please include details of all related events (official and unofficial) even if costs were shared across the credit cards of other executive team members. 

  4. A list of all credit card expenses from Ms Harrison’s direct reports on the dates of various events, lunches and dinners.
