American travel advisors choose Australia as the Best Destination in Asia-Pacific

Australia was selected as the winner of the Best Destination in the Asia/Pacific region at the annual Readers Choice Awards by Travel Weekly, held in December.

The honour was awarded after an open ballot nomination and two rounds of voting by a pool of more than 10,000 Travel Weekly readers, including US industry executives and travel advisors.

This is the sixth consecutive Readers Choice Award that Australia has received from Travel Weekly.
