Australia included in Travel + Leisure's World's Best Awards

Readers of Travel + Leisure have ranked Tasmania and the Great Barrier Reef islands in the top 25 World’s Best Islands category in the 2020 World's Best Awards.

Australia’s best loved cities and city hotels were also recognised in the Australia and New Zealand categories.

The awards were voted by hundreds of thousands of readers in the 25th annual World's Best survey conducted by Travel + Leisure.

The World's Best Awards appear in the August 2020 issue of the magazine and on the website.

Australia was also named 2020 Destination of the Year by Travel + Leisure in November 2019.

These designations are inspirational to Americans dreaming of future travel.
