Business Events Australia attended at the 58th International Congress and Convention Association (ICCA) Congress from 27 to 30 October 2019 in Houston, America.
The event explored global meeting industry trends and included educational and networking opportunities for senior meeting professionals from venues, bureaux, destination marketing organisations, the association sector, suppliers, media and more.
The ICCA Congress recognised Sydney with the Global Destination Sustainability Index (GDS-Index) Innovation in Sustainability Award for its innovative approach to sustainable business events practice and environmental responsibility.
